Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Please provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.
Refunds & Replacements
- After verification, we may offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the issue.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the error is on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or damaged-by-customer products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.
